Shipping information

DulcesMascotas offers free shipping for all its products.

Proper shipping of your purchased product is one of our top priorities. Every day, we ship hundreds of products to our customers throughout European Union. However, since most of our warehouses are located in other countries, our processing and shipping times may vary, and we are unable to offer 1-2 day delivery.

Order processing time : As soon as we receive the order, we release it to our warehouse for preparation and quality assurance. This process can take between 1 and 3 days.

Shipping time : This is the time it takes from the moment your package leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your home. The average delivery time is between 5 and 10 days.

Tracking : As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, including the tracking number, which will allow you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time (link to tracking page).
